I’m the Divine Mother Mentor and Founder of Terra Embodied. I’m a Guide for Conscious Re-parenting, Inner Child and Mother Wound Healing, and Best-Selling Author. I help people evolve beyond the BS limiting beliefs holding them back from their goals by harnessing the mother archetype to re-parent themselves. It is my mission to see my clients take their power back, reclaim their fierceness, become wildly confident and anchored in their truth, and provide themselves with the unconditional love they’ve always desired.
I’m also a single mom to a 3 year old, so I know a thing or two about making things FUN… I’d love to teach you!

The Inner Mother
Get clear on what the mother archetype is and meet your inner mother. We will assess the state of your inner mother and transform her as needed to embody the archetype and serve as a direct channel for the divine feminine.
The Inner Child
Reconnect with your inner child. You will honor her, validate her, and hold space for her. You will help her reconnect with the truth and return to your true self. We will transfer your inner child’s attachment bonds to your newly discovered inner mother.
Cultivate the Inner Mother
Over the span of 3 modules you will discover how to build this relationship and foster the connection between these parts of yourself. Assess your life and how you move through it, realizing how you can integrate this part of yourself into it.
In the first of these we’ll assess your structures and support systems, and discover what divine balance feels like. Here we’ll explore openness to support and receiving, as well as outsourcing from a place of alignment and power.
In the second we’ll enjoy play, pleasure, fun, sensuality, and joy. The best way to heal our inner child is through play, the best way to expand our capacity is through pleasure, and the best way to navigate your alignment is through joy.
Lastly we’ll fill your tool box with various practices to continue on and deepen this relationship. These will be practices for self care, mind body and soul nourishment, embodiment, somatic healing, trauma healing, emotional release, and self attunement.
The Divine Feminine
We have second chance as adults to access the divine feminine and unconditional love that is our birthright. Through self love, our own inner mother, and connection to the divine feminine, we have infinite access to unconditional love to offer ourselves and our inner child at any point. In this final section we will be connecting with God, source, and pure love energy.
